Prices
quoted on the site are inclusive of VAT. Every effort is made to keep
the information shown on our Web site completely up to date. However,
The Kitchen Centre cannot be responsible for any typing or pricing
errors on the site nor for price increases made by the Manufacturers.
Delivery :
Delivery amount is subject to number of items and type of items, please request a delivery cost at the time of ordering. Delivery times vary from 4 to 21 days depending on the availability of items.
Returns :
Should an item need to be returned through no error on the part of Sink World, a 30% restocking charge will apply and the cost of carriage is to be paid by the customer. This is subject to the item being in the original packaging complete. Should the item be returned because of transit damage no refund will be made until the damage has been verified. At all times it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the item is packed correctly for returning. No refund will be offered if an item is not repackaged correctly and damage occurs on the return journey.
All damage must be notified within 48 hours of delivery, after this time it is at the discretion of Sink World as to what refund is given.

Installed :
Installation of any item is deemed to be
acceptance of the item by the purchaser and no claim for damage after
installation can be made against Sinkworld. Should any fault occur after
installation, please contact the Manufacturer under the terms of their
warranty..
Damage
on Delivery :
On
receipt of items please check the condition of the goods carefully,
should there be any transit damage please notify us immediately. Claims
for damaged goods can not be accepted unless notification is given
within 48 hours of delivery.
